He is the author of more than 200 publications dedicated to assessment and expertise in the field of transport. He was honored with actually all the awards of the Russian Federation Ministry of Transport, besides, he was granted a Certificate of Honor by the Minister of Property Relations of the Russian Federation for his outstanding personal contribution in the development of transport assessment and expertise activities.

The Training Seminar will be held 23-24 September 2010 г. by the address:
